PRN Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our PRN team at Baptist Health (Kentucky). In this role, you will use your expertise to provide quality occupational therapy services to our patients. Responsibilities:

1. Assess patient needs and develop/implement comprehensive treatment plans.
2. Educate patients and family members on how to carry out and manage therapy programs.
3. Monitor patient progress and document results.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best care for patients.
5. Utilize evidence-based practice and current research to develop therapeutic interventions.
6. Adapt treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of each patient.
7. Maintain professional relationships and communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
8. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices.
9. Manage patient care activities within the scope of practice and in accordance with professional standards.
10. Maintain patient records and other administrative duties.
