- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for Six Sigma initiatives.
- Train and mentor employees across all levels of the organization on Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of Six Sigma projects, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and refine Six Sigma processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Indicating Advanced Knowledge And Experience In The Principles And Methodologies Of Six Sigma. This Qualification Demonstrates The Ability To Lead And Implement Six Sigma Projects Effectively Within The Healthcare Industry.
Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement: Baptist Health Is Committed To Providing High-Quality Healthcare Services, And The Six Sigma Healthcare Leader Should Have A Strong Background In Quality Improvement Within The Healthcare Setting.
