Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for print, digital, and video campaigns
2. Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and design excellence
3. Oversee the design and production of all campaigns to ensure they meet brand standards
4. Conceptualize and execute innovative visual ideas to convey the message of each project
5. Work with the creative team to create and execute projects on time and on budget
6. Manage all artwork design processes, from initial sketches to final production
7. Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers
9. Monitor trends in the fashion industry to ensure campaigns are up-to-date
10. Mentor junior team members in art direction and design best practices
