Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and build meaningful relationships with customers.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of fashion trends and an understanding of the Barneys New York brand to assist customers in selecting the perfect look.
  3. Maintain a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all transactions.
  4. Ensure that the retail environment is kept organized and tidy.
  5. Work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  6. Provide product knowledge and suggest items according to customer needs.
  7. Interact with customers in an engaging and professional manner.
  8. Assist with inventory management and stocking duties.
  9. Process sales transactions and provide assistance with returns and exchanges.
  10. Monitor and maintain store security.
