Our Personal Shopper should have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment, preferably in a luxury retail setting. Responsibilities:

1. Provide a superior customer service experience for customers, ensuring their individual needs are met.

3. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
4. Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
5. Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
6. Recommend fashion items to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
7. Stay organized and proactive in managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
8. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends.
9. Assist with any additional tasks as requested by management.
