Specialized Consultants

This individual will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most sought-after luxury brands and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. As a Specialized Consultant, you will be an ambassador of Barneys New York and will be expected to represent the brand and its values in all interactions.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for luxury fashion and be knowledgeable about our product and services. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work with customers from all walks of life. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, preferably in a luxury retail environment. You must also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We seek a positive, team-oriented individual who takes initiative and is eager to learn.
