Analyst - Logistics
Responsible for coordinating the development of all shipments, including raw materials for manufacturing support, intermediates (WIP) and finished goods with domestic and international transportation. Enforce the compliance of departments such as: US department of Commerce, FDA, DOT as it pertains to the transportation of goods domestically and internationally. Responsible for owning shipping metrics, which includes data entry, updating and reporting. Create and own the process of scheduling all inbound deliveries of raw materials while collaborating with Supply Chain Planners. Initiate and lead in cross-functional areas, drive initiatives to completion and work on more complex assignments. Review and reconcile financial data related to costs of transportation.
3-5 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work under time sensitive constraints and prioritizing tasks while making decisions under minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a team environment, while also providing strong leadership
