Strong Educational Background In Pharmaceutical Sciences Or Related Field: A R&D Intern At Baxter International Should Have A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Including Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes, Drug Delivery Systems, And Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Knowledge Of R&D Processes And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Research And Development Processes, Including How To Conduct Experiments, Analyze Data, And Document Findings.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A R&D Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Other Team Members And Collaborating With Various Departments. Therefore, Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential To Effectively Contribute To The Team's Goals.
Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills: A R&D Intern Is Expected To Perform Experiments And Analyze Data With A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail. Strong Analytical Skills Are Also Necessary To Interpret Results And Draw Meaningful Conclusions.
