- Develop and implement remediation plans to address quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to execute remediation efforts.
- Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to identify and address quality gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and track progress of remediation activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to facilitate timely resolution of quality issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, to drive alignment and support for remediation efforts.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management and compliance.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Or Quality Assurance.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp), And Quality Management Systems (Qms).
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Remediation Projects, Including Identifying And Implementing Corrective And Preventive Actions.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management To Drive Quality Initiatives And Ensure Compliance.
