  2. Assisting pharmacists: Inpatient Pharmacy Technicians work closely with pharmacists to ensure that medications are dispensed correctly and in a timely manner. They may also assist with medication compounding and preparation.
  3. Maintaining inventory: It is the responsibility of the Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies in the pharmacy. This includes restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and ordering new supplies as needed.

Collaborating with healthcare team: Inpatient Pharmacy Technicians work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, to ensure that patients receive the correct medications and dosages.
