As Manager of Supply Chain Operations, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing and distribution of all products, services, and equipment across Billings Clinic. This is an opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals working to improve the quality of healthcare in our community. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience managing supply chain operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the purchasing and distribution of all products, services, and equipment across Billings Clinic.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet organizational needs.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and costs.
  5. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible pricing.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and performance.
  7. Create and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities.
  8. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance.
  9. Develop and implement new procedures and policies to improve supply chain operations.
  10. Train and mentor supply chain staff.
