Rehab Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and ensure they are checked in for their appointments accurately.
2. Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
3. Provide administrative support to the Rehabilitation Services Department, including scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry.
4. Maintain patient confidentiality in all interactions.
5. Collect and process payments from patients.
6. Monitor and maintain patient medical records.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Rehabilitation Services Department.
