Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety and efficiency of the facility through skilled problem solving and continual improvement.
2. Develop and implement plans to maintain and improve facilities and utilities.
3. Monitor and inspect facility systems and equipment to identify areas for improvement or repair.
4. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all facility systems and equipment.
5. Manage facility projects, including coordinating contractors, budgeting, and scheduling.
6. Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and operations.
7. Develop and implement protocols for emergency situations.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the facility is meeting their needs.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
