- Develop and implement creative and strategic visual merchandising plans and window displays that align with Bloomingdale's brand image and drive sales.
- Lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of visual merchandising standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to continuously innovate and improve upon visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and store operations, to ensure visual merchandising plans are aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, including planning and forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Train and develop team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Work closely with the design team to develop and produce window displays that captivate customers and showcase Bloomingdale's merchandise.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate the success of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
