Manager, Digital Tech/Equipment

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager to join our Digital Tech/Equipment team at Bloomingdale’s. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills and solid technical knowledge, and will be able to take on the responsibilities of managing the daily operations of our digital equipment. We are looking for someone who can bring energy and enthusiasm to our team, and who is dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and providing a seamless user experience.To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field, and 5+ years of experience managing digital tech/equipment in a retail setting. Knowledge of a range of technologies, programming languages, and software packages is required. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, have a customer service-focused attitude, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of digital equipment within the organization.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal performance of digital equipment.
3. Maintain records and logs of all digital equipment.
4. Train and supervise staff on the operation and maintenance of digital equipment.
5. Ensure that all digital equipment is functioning properly and safely.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to digital equipment.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory of digital equipment.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
9. Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures.
10. Manage customer inquiries and complaints regarding digital equipment.
11. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient use of digital equipment.
