1. Greet and welcome customers to Bloomingdale's Outlet in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Assist customers with finding and selecting merchandise, providing product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and completing visual displays.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all store policies and procedures to effectively assist customers.

13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
