We require at least a high school diploma, with a preference for those with a degree in fashion merchandising, and a minimum of two years of sales and/or retail experience. Our ideal candidate should have a friendly, upbeat demeanor with a passion for fashion and the ability to quickly assess our customers' needs. They should also be able to provide advice on outfits and styling options, both in-store and online.
