  1. Oversee all restaurant operations within assigned region, ensuring top-notch service and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
  3. Lead and inspire a team of restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to create innovative dining experiences and promotions.
  8. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold brand standards and address any operational issues.
  9. Train and develop restaurant managers and staff on best practices, service standards, and company policies.
  10. Monitor industry trends and competition to stay informed and make strategic business decisions.
  11. Manage and control expenses to meet budget targets and maximize profitability.
  12. Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular reports on performance and recommending strategies for improvement.
  13. Travel to various locations within the assigned region to ensure consistency and quality across all restaurants.
  14. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Restaurant Operations: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Operations, Preferably With A Focus On Upscale Dining. This Experience Should Include Managing Multiple Locations And Overseeing A Large Team Of Employees.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Achieving Measurable Results In Their Previous Roles. This Includes Driving Sales And Profitability, Implementing Cost-Saving Measures, And Improving Overall Customer Satisfaction.

  • Strategic Thinker: As The Regional Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing A Strategic Plan For The Restaurant Division. This Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Critically And Creatively To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Managers And Employees Across Multiple Locations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Restaurant Industry, Including Current Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies.
