Selling Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Selling Associate to join the Bloomingdale's team! As a member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and product knowledge to each and every customer that visits our store. In addition to being passionate about sales, you must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. 2. Assist customers in locating products and providing product knowledge.
3. Process sales transactions, return/exchange items, and handle payments in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Promote sales and upsell products.
5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
6. Participate in promotional activities and store events.
7. Work collaboratively with a team to improve customer service and sales.
8. Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
9. Accurately record and report sales data.
10. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
