Senior Art Director, Photo

1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative photo art direction for Bloomingdale’s fashion campaigns
2. Create concepts and storyboards for campaigns
3. Hire and manage photographers, stylists, and other production personnel
4. Ensure that creative teams meet deadlines and budgets
5. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments
6. Oversee the pre-production, production, and post-production processes
7. Ensure that all images created meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
8. Troubleshoot and solve creative issues that arise during the production process
9. Manage photo retouching and post-production processes
10. Review and approve all creative work before it goes to print or digital media
