You will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think critically and work collaboratively. You must also be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. If you have experience in HTML/CSS and/or web development, this will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Create innovative digital experiences across our website, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
2. Utilize user experience principles to ensure a unique, memorable customer experience.
3. Develop design concepts and layouts for webpages and other digital touchpoints.
4. Collaborate with the marketing, IT, and creative teams to ensure that designs meet customer expectations.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and technologies.
6. Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
7. Maintain high standards for design quality and consistency.
8. Troubleshoot design issues and provide creative solutions.
9. Develop and manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
10. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create visually stunning designs.
11. Assist with HTML/CSS and/or web development when necessary.
