2. Ensure that all merchandise is presented in a visually appealing and organized manner.
3. Assist in the execution of store-wide visual merchandising strategies.
4. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually compelling displays that align with company branding and current fashion trends.
5. Maintain inventory of visual props and supplies, ensuring they are organized and well-maintained.
6. Work with sales associates to ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor.
7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all visual display areas.
8. Assist in the set-up and take-down of window displays and in-store events.
9. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product knowledge to customers.
10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the overall visual presentation of the store.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and apply them to visual displays and merchandising strategies.
12. Communicate any visual needs or issues to the visual merchandising team and store management.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention protocols.
14. Support the sales team by helping to maintain a positive shopping environment for customers.
15. Assist in training and mentoring new visual support associates as needed.
