Job Description

Perform month-end and quarter-end close and reporting processes for BNSF and subsidiaries. Analyze income statement, balance sheet and cash flow activity. Internal reporting functions including monthly and quarterly financial report preparation and administration. External reporting functions for Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Surface Transportation Board (STB) and Association of American Railroads (AAR). Act as the liaison between subsidiaries, their board members, and BNSF.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in public accounting

  • Work experience with a large public accounting firm is preferred

  • CPA or CPA-candidate.
