Immunology and Respiratory Summer Intern
Perform molecular biology experiments to characterize novel drug targets Experiments will include transfection of target proteins into cell lines, study of cell signaling via western blot, development of fluorescent reporter assays and characterization of cell lines by flow cytometry. Analyze data and communicate effectively with team members. Keep accurate notebook records.
Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing.
Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least 3.000 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up).
Experience with analyzing RNAseq data a plus
