- Conduct research and analysis to develop and improve aircraft aerodynamic performance.
- Design and optimize aircraft components, such as wings, control surfaces, and propulsion systems, to meet performance requirements.
- Utilize computational fluid dynamics and wind tunnel testing to evaluate and validate aerodynamic designs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, systems engineers, and test engineers, to integrate aerodynamic solutions into aircraft designs.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and guidelines for aerodynamic design.
- Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies in aerodynamics and apply them to improve aircraft performance.
- Lead or participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
- Create and present technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex aerodynamic issues during all phases of aircraft development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards in relation to aerodynamic design.
- Mentor and train junior engineers in aerodynamics principles and practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to understand and address their needs and requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize aircraft performance through innovative approaches and techniques.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aerodynamics Analysis And Design
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Aerodynamics Software, Such As Star-Ccm+ Or Ansys Fluent
Familiarity With Regulations And Standards Related To Aircraft Aerodynamics, Such As Far Part 25
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Design Recommendations Accordingly.
