  1. Perform aircraft painting tasks according to established safety and quality standards.
  2. Follow all necessary procedures and guidelines for surface preparation, mixing and application of paints, and handling of hazardous materials.
  3. Inspect aircraft surfaces for damage, corrosion, and other imperfections before painting.
  4. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and masking as needed.
  5. Apply primer, base coat, and topcoat using proper techniques and tools.
  6. Ensure proper adhesion, thickness, and coverage of paint layers.
  7. Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory levels.
  8. Keep work area clean and organized, and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  10. Communicate any issues or concerns related to aircraft painting to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
  11. Adhere to all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as required.
  12. Continuously strive to improve painting techniques and keep up-to-date with industry developments.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the aircraft’s appearance meets company standards.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Aircraft Painting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Painting, Preferably In A Commercial Aircraft Setting. They Should Be Well-Versed In Various Painting Techniques, Tools, And Materials Used In The Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Aviation Safety Regulations: As A Boeing Aircraft Painter, It Is Crucial To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aviation Safety Regulations And Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of Hazardous Materials Handling, Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe), And Proper Disposal Of Waste Products.

  • Attention To Detail: Aircraft Painting Requires Precision And Attention To Detail. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Color, Texture, And Depth, As Well As The Ability To Work With Complex Designs And Patterns.

  • Familiarity With Aircraft Painting Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Familiar With Various Types Of Painting Equipment Such As Spray Guns, Airbrushes, And Sanders. They Should Also Have Experience With Mixing And Applying Different Types Of Paints, Primers, And Sealants.

  • Team Player: Aircraft Painting Is Often A Collaborative Effort And Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Engineers, Designers, And Technicians. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
