  1. Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for aerospace systems, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues and propose solutions.
  3. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into the development and manufacturing processes.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the safety performance of aerospace systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Keep up-to-date with advancements in safety technology and trends in the aerospace industry, and integrate new techniques and processes into the safety program.
  6. Communicate safety information and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management, engineers, and other departments.
  7. Conduct safety training for employees and contractors, ensuring that all personnel are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
  8. Participate in design reviews and other engineering activities to provide input on safety considerations.
  9. Investigate and analyze safety incidents and provide recommendations for prevention and mitigation.
  10. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of safety processes and procedures.
  12. Provide support and guidance to other engineers and project teams on safety-related matters.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety processes and procedures within the company.
  14. Represent the company in industry conferences and events related to aerospace safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aerospace Systems Safety Engineering.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa Regulations, Mil-Stds, And As9100.

  • Experience With Safety Analysis Techniques, Such As Fmea, Fta, And Fault Tree Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
