  1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive investigations into various corporate matters using a variety of resources and techniques.
  2. Analyze and evaluate evidence and information gathered during investigations to identify potential risks and violations.
  3. Provide timely and accurate updates on the progress of investigations, including any significant findings or developments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and compliance, to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and compliance standards to guide investigations.
  6. Utilize advanced investigative tools and techniques to gather and analyze data and identify patterns or discrepancies.
  7. Interview witnesses, subjects, and other relevant individuals to gather information and evidence.
  8. Prepare detailed reports on investigative findings, including recommendations for corrective action.
  9. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing critical insights and recommendations based on investigative findings.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in corporate investigations to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Investigative Techniques And Procedures: A Corporate Investigator At Boeing Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Investigative Techniques, Including Surveillance, Interviews, And Document Analysis. They Should Also Be Familiar With Legal Requirements And Standards Related To Investigations.

  • Experience In Conducting Internal Investigations: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Efficient And Thorough Internal Investigations In A Corporate Setting. This Includes Experience In Gathering And Analyzing Evidence, Interviewing Witnesses, And Drafting Comprehensive Investigative Reports.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Corporate Investigator Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Information And Identify Patterns Or Discrepancies To Uncover Potential Fraud, Misconduct, Or Other Violations. They Should Also Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Develop Effective Solutions And Recommendations Based On Their Findings.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Employees At All Levels, As Well As External Stakeholders, Such As Law Enforcement And Legal Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Rapport, Conducting Interviews, And Presenting Findings To Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards: Boeing Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And A Corporate Investigator Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of Laws Related To Data Privacy, Financial Reporting, And Anti-Corruption, Among Others.
