Job Qualifications

  • Technical Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, With Additional Technical Training In Electronics, Precision Machine Tool Maintenance, Or A Related Field. This Training Should Include Coursework In Electronics Theory, Troubleshooting, And Repair.

  • Experience With Precision Machine Tools: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Precision Machine Tools, Such As Lathes, Mills, Grinders, And Cnc Machines. This Experience Should Include Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Repair Of These Machines.

  • Knowledge Of Electrical And Electronic Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Electronic Systems, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Schematics, Troubleshoot Electrical Issues, And Make Repairs To Electronic Components.

  • Attention To Detail: Precision Machine Tools Require A High Level Of Precision And Accuracy, And As Such, Candidates Should Possess A Strong Attention To Detail. This Includes The Ability To Identify Small Issues Or Malfunctions And Make Necessary Adjustments To Ensure The Machine Is Functioning Properly.

  • Communication And Teamwork: As Part Of A Larger Maintenance Team, The Electronic Technician Must Possess Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Other Technicians, Engineers, And Managers, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively To Solve Complex Problems.
