  1. Develop and implement advanced electronic warfare systems in collaboration with a team of engineers.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify and understand electronic warfare principles.
  3. Design and test electronic warfare systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic warfare systems into larger aerospace projects.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technology developments to continuously improve electronic warfare systems.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and management.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with advanced technology and equipment.

  11. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize electronic warfare systems to meet customer and industry demands.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Electronic Warfare division at Boeing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Experience Working With Electronic Warfare Systems And Technologies, Such As Radar, Jamming, And Signals Intelligence

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Mil-Std-464 And Mil-Std-461

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues

  • Familiarity With Simulation And Modeling Tools, Such As Matlab And Simulink, For Electronic Warfare System Design And Testing.
