Plans and manages Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) air and trade shows. Plans, coordinates, and executions complex customer air and trade shows, and sponsored functions for U.S. Department of Defense and international customers and organizations. Shows demonstrated leadership, event project management, marketing, communication, and teambuilding skills are key. Organizes and manages a multi-disciplined team (e.g. vendors, marketing/communications, graphics, security, transportation, etc.) to implement the plan. Continuously collects, integrates, and proactively disseminates information to all stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan. Increased exposure to and support of senior executives to include briefings packages. Provides direction to others for successful completion of tasks. Applies knowledge of customer's customs and cultures and provides sound protocol advice and recommendations and leads by example. Provides on-site management at air and tradeshows.
