  1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex contracts for Boeing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and review of contract documents to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  4. Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for necessary changes or improvements.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and legal counsel.

  8. Train and mentor junior contract management staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of contracts.
  10. Participate in contract negotiations and assist in resolving any disputes that may arise.
  11. Prepare accurate and timely reports and documentation related to contract management activities.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all contractual information is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify areas for cost savings and process improvements in contract management.
  14. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.
  15. Represent Boeing in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Contracts And Regulations, Including Far And Dfar.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Relationships With Suppliers And Customers.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Other Relevant Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Sap.
