  1. Manage production and inventory processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  2. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  3. Coordinate with production teams to ensure production schedules are met.
  4. Conduct regular inventory audits and identify any discrepancies.
  5. Utilize inventory management software to track and maintain inventory levels.
  6. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  8. Analyze production and inventory data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  9. Train and supervise production and warehouse personnel on inventory control procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all inventory management activities.
  11. Provide regular updates to management on production and inventory status.
  12. Identify and resolve any production or inventory issues in a timely manner.
  13. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and production activities.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential production and inventory challenges.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve production and inventory processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Planning And Inventory Control Within A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them To Improve Production Efficiency And Inventory Management.

  • Proficiency In Using Inventory Management Software And Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
