  3. Utilize space planning principles to create layouts and floor plans for various facilities.
  4. Conduct space utilization studies and make recommendations for optimization.
  5. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget.
  7. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Utilize software and tools to create 2D and 3D renderings of proposed space plans.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in space planning and design.
  11. Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on project objectives.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management.
  13. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations related to space planning and design.
  14. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful implementation of space plans.
  15. Take initiative to identify and address potential issues and roadblocks in project execution.
  16. Uphold and promote company values, standards, and policies in all work performed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Architecture, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Space Planning And Design, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Proficient In Autocad And Other Design Software.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Ada Requirements, And Sustainability Principles.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
