Financial Analyst

Serve as the financial focal to the assigned program(s). Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses. Defines and communicates earned value cost and/or schedule trends and quantifies cost and/or schedule risks for management attention/action. Initiate and lead integration and analysis of: performance measurement, variance analysis, and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts in support of Financial EACs. Coordinates financial controls activities across organizations, functions and/or business units. Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience. Prepare Financial EACs and present to management for approval Interface and coordinate with US Navy Finance counterparts. Develop and implement compliance plans to support internal process reviews and external regulatory requirements. Long Range Business Plan development, including loading financial data into EPAS and development of financial forecasts (orders, revenue, earnings, cash).
