Experience In Electrical And Electronic Component Inspection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Electronic Systems, Components, And Assembly Processes. They Should Have Experience In Inspecting And Testing These Components For Quality And Functionality.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Inspector Should Be Familiar With The Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations For Electrical And Electronic Sub-Assembly, Such As Ipc-A-610, Ipc J-Std-001, And As9100. This Knowledge Is Essential For Ensuring Compliance And Meeting Quality Standards.
Attention To Detail: As An Inspector, Attention To Detail Is Crucial For Identifying Any Defects Or Discrepancies In The Sub-Assemblies. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Even Minor Issues That Could Affect The Performance Of The Final Product.
