  1. Conduct thorough inspections of electrical and electronic sub assemblies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  2. Use specialized tools and equipment to perform detailed visual, mechanical, and electrical tests on components.
  3. Record and document inspection results, including any defects or discrepancies found.
  4. Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and work collaboratively to resolve any issues.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  6. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.

  10. Work closely with engineers and other production staff to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
  11. Ensure timely completion of inspections to meet production schedules.
  12. Train and mentor new inspectors to ensure consistent quality and standards.
  13. Contribute to the development and improvement of inspection procedures and guidelines.
  14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Electrical And Electronic Component Inspection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Electronic Systems, Components, And Assembly Processes. They Should Have Experience In Inspecting And Testing These Components For Quality And Functionality.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Inspector Should Be Familiar With The Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations For Electrical And Electronic Sub-Assembly, Such As Ipc-A-610, Ipc J-Std-001, And As9100. This Knowledge Is Essential For Ensuring Compliance And Meeting Quality Standards.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Inspector, Attention To Detail Is Crucial For Identifying Any Defects Or Discrepancies In The Sub-Assemblies. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Even Minor Issues That Could Affect The Performance Of The Final Product.

  • Quality Control Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Procedures, Including Inspection Methods, Documentation, And Reporting. They Should Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement And Suggest Solutions To Enhance The Quality Of Sub-Assemblies.
