- Oversee the delivery of all employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefit options for employees.
- Collaborate with HR team to design and implement benefit programs that align with company goals and values.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Analyze benefits data and trends to make recommendations for program improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate employee benefit communication and education initiatives to increase employee understanding and utilization of benefits.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure the company’s benefit offerings remain competitive and compliant.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient benefit delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and tools to streamline benefits administration and enhance the employee experience.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects related to employee benefits.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions and mitigate risks.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting equitable access to benefits for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Aca, And Cobra.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interpret And Communicate Complex Benefits Information.
Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Administering Employee Benefit Programs.
