  1. Develop and implement training programs for emergency dispatch personnel in the Global Security Operation Center.
  2. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of emergency dispatch training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the GSOC team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address any knowledge gaps.
  4. Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
  5. Monitor and track the progress and performance of trainees, providing feedback and support as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in emergency dispatch training.
  7. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.
  8. Work with external vendors and partners to provide specialized training as needed.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and protocols.
  10. Participate in emergency response exercises and drills to ensure readiness and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other members of the GSOC team on emergency dispatch procedures and protocols.
  12. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee certifications.
  13. Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and preparedness.
  14. Continually evaluate and improve the emergency dispatch training program to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Gsoc Or Similar Emergency Dispatch Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Security Operations And Emergency Response Protocols.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Or Security Management.

  • Previous Experience Coordinating And Conducting Emergency Dispatch Training Programs, Including Developing Curriculum And Conducting Training Sessions.

  • Knowledge Of Emergency Communication Systems And Technologies, Including Radio Systems, Computer-Aided Dispatch (Cad) Systems, And Incident Reporting Software.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Emergency Dispatch Personnel And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams During Emergency Situations.
