  3. Develop and maintain software documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test plans.
  4. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  6. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and tools to improve software development processes and efficiency.

  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and quality standards, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
  11. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance software functionality and user experience.
  12. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  13. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  15. Adhere to agile development methodologies and participate in agile ceremonies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python.

  • 3+ Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Experience In Developing Mission-Critical Systems And Knowledge Of Software Engineering Principles And Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
