  1. Conduct research and analysis on payload systems and components to support the development of next-generation aircraft.
  2. Design, develop, and test payload systems and sub-systems using advanced engineering principles and techniques.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and compatibility of payload systems with other aircraft systems.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to payload systems, and develop solutions to ensure project success.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aerospace technology, and integrate new knowledge into payload system design and development.
  7. Participate in design reviews and present findings and recommendations to management.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation for payload systems, including specifications, test procedures, and reports.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of payload components.
  10. Comply with all safety and regulatory standards while performing duties.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize payload systems to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  12. Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.
  13. Act as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding payload systems.
  14. Lead and manage projects, including setting objectives, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  15. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to promote team success and individual growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Payload Design, Development, And Integration In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Payload Systems, Including Sensors, Data Processing, And Communication Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Payload Design And Integration.

  • Excellent Project Management And Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team.
