- Develop and implement effective human resources strategies and initiatives to support the success of the Philadelphia site and manufacturing team.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Collaborate with site leadership to understand the business goals and objectives and develop HR plans that align with these goals.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for the site, ensuring the selection of top talent to support the team's needs.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs for the site, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
- Act as a resource and advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with other HR leaders across the organization to share best practices and drive consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach and develop HR team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the site's needs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Manufacturing Or Site-Specific Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Hr Professionals.
