  1. Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet and exceed industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  3. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in product manufacturing.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to address quality issues.
  6. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to product quality and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
  8. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products meet quality standards and specifications.
  9. Participate in new product development and design reviews to ensure quality requirements are met.
  10. Act as a liaison between production teams and management to communicate quality assurance results and recommendations.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality control process and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections and reports.
  13. Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  14. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Control, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As As9100 And Iso9001.

  • Experience With Quality Control Tools And Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma And Statistical Process Control.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues.
