  1. Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical power systems for commercial and military aircraft.
  2. Develop and maintain cutting-edge technology for EPS that meets the needs of our innovative aircraft.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of EPS with other aircraft systems.
  4. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to EPS.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry advancements in electrical power systems.
  6. Develop and implement design standards and processes for EPS.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Manage and oversee a team of engineers working on EPS projects.
  9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  11. Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to management and stakeholders.
  12. Participate in the budgeting and planning process for EPS projects.
  13. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in EPS design and development processes.
  14. Ensure timely completion of EPS projects within budget and according to specifications.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Design And Development Of Electrical Power Systems For Aerospace Applications.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa, Easa, And Mil-Std.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving For Complex Electrical Power Systems, Including Experience With Simulation And Analysis Tools.
