- Develop and implement Boeing's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support the mental health and well-being of employees.
- Provide confidential counseling and support services to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, including but not limited to stress, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address mental health needs and concerns within the organization.
- Conduct thorough assessments of employees' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Facilitate and coordinate referrals to external mental health resources as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee assistance programs to continuously improve Boeing's EAP.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, promoting a culture of mental health and wellness within the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on topics related to mental health, stress management, and work-life balance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of EAP services provided and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with external partners and community resources to expand EAP services and resources for employees.
- Participate in crisis intervention and management as needed.
- Monitor and analyze EAP utilization data to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and provide guidance to other EAP staff members.
- Adhere to all Boeing policies and procedures related to mental health and confidentiality.
- Continuously communicate and promote the EAP to employees, managers, and other stakeholders to increase awareness and utilization of services.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Assistance Program (Eap) Management Or Related Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Certification As A Certified Employee Assistance Professional (Ceap) Or Equivalent.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Current Trends In Eap Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Workforce And Senior Leadership.
