Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Stress Analysis For Aircraft Structures
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa And Easa Guidelines
Proficiency In Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software, Such As Ansys Or Nastran
Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Mentorship Role, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
