  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the supplier selection and management process.
  2. Manage and oversee the delivery of supplier program milestones, ensuring timely and quality execution of program requirements.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and ensure alignment with supplier capabilities and timelines.
  5. Monitor and manage supplier risks, proactively identifying potential issues and developing mitigation plans to ensure program success.
  6. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to suppliers to drive accountability and improvement.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supplier management, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
  8. Work closely with the Disruptive Computing & Networks team to develop and implement supplier strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the supplier management process.
  10. Represent Boeing as a global leader in aerospace and technology innovation, maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with suppliers and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: A Senior Supplier Program Manager At Boeing Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Complex Programs, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Technology Industry. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Successful Delivery Of Large-Scale Projects, With A Strong Focus On Schedule, Cost, And Quality.

  • Knowledge Of Disruptive Computing And Networks: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Disruptive Technologies And Their Impact On The Aviation Industry.
