  1. Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse group of suppliers.
  2. Monitor and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  5. Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards.
  6. Manage supplier development activities, including training and support, to improve supplier capabilities.
  7. Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis to discuss performance, address issues, and provide feedback.
  8. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Analyze data and metrics to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers to meet production schedules.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any supply chain issues and minimize disruptions.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement them in supplier management processes.
  13. Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost savings within the supply chain.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier contracts, agreements, and performance data.
  15. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure their development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Program Management Within The Aerospace Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Logistics, And Supplier Performance Management.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Negotiating And Managing Supplier Contracts And Agreements.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Timelines And Budgets Effectively.
