  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  3. Utilize supply chain management software and analytical skills to track and analyze supplier data and make informed decisions.
  4. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.

  7. Act as a point of contact for any supply chain-related issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.

  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information and contracts.
  11. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline supply chain operations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all supplier interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Manufacturing Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Supplier Management, And Contract Negotiation.
