  1. Conduct regular analysis of our supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives.
  3. Monitor and track key supply chain performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  4. Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.
  6. Continuously evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Utilize advanced data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends in supply chain data.
  9. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  10. Train and educate team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline supply chain processes.
  14. Participate in supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Related Field, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Complex Negotiations With Suppliers.
