  1. Develop and implement test strategies for advanced microelectronic systems.
  2. Design and develop test plans and procedures to verify system functionality and performance.
  3. Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of complex microelectronic systems.
  4. Analyze and interpret test data, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of microelectronic systems.
  6. Develop and maintain test equipment and tools to support testing activities.
  7. Conduct design reviews to ensure testability and manufacturability of microelectronic systems.
  8. Identify and recommend improvements to testing processes and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on testing processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate test results and progress to project managers and stakeholders.
  12. Continuously monitor and track system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into testing processes.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of components.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of testing activities and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Testing System-On-A-Chip (Soc) And Analog/Mixed Signal Microelectronics

  • Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Testing Techniques And Equipment, Including Ate (Automatic Test Equipment) And Bist (Built-In Self-Test)

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Test Plans For Complex Integrated Circuits (Ics)

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Microelectronics Testing, Such As Ieee And Mil-Std.
