- Develop and implement test strategies for advanced microelectronic systems.
- Design and develop test plans and procedures to verify system functionality and performance.
- Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of complex microelectronic systems.
- Analyze and interpret test data, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of microelectronic systems.
- Develop and maintain test equipment and tools to support testing activities.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure testability and manufacturability of microelectronic systems.
- Identify and recommend improvements to testing processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.
- Train and mentor junior team members on testing processes and procedures.
- Communicate test results and progress to project managers and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and track system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into testing processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of components.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of testing activities and results.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Testing System-On-A-Chip (Soc) And Analog/Mixed Signal Microelectronics
Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Testing Techniques And Equipment, Including Ate (Automatic Test Equipment) And Bist (Built-In Self-Test)
Experience With Designing And Implementing Test Plans For Complex Integrated Circuits (Ics)
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Microelectronics Testing, Such As Ieee And Mil-Std.
